Operating principles

  • Local processing by default — files and entries used by local tools are processed in the browser. THB Project does not receive or store that content.
  • Processing disclosures — each tool identifies whether it operates locally, downloads a processing model, requests public reference data, or uses a browser service.
  • No registration for free tools — the free utility set does not require an account.
  • Canadian operation— THB Project is based in Canada. The Site is hosted through Vercel's global infrastructure; the .ca domain does not represent a guarantee of Canadian data residency.

Service limitations

FreeUtilityHub is not an electronic-signature certification platform, bookkeeping system, or source of professional accounting, financial, legal, or medical advice. Calculations and generated outputs require independent review before use in material decisions or formal transactions.

Analytics

The Site uses optional, consent-based first-party analytics to measure page and tool usage. Tool inputs and file contents are excluded from analytics events. Additional information is available in the Privacy Policy.
