ZIP creation and extraction run only on the device. Unsafe archive paths are skipped. Password-protected ZIPs and compression methods other than Store or Deflate are not supported.
How to unzip files
- Open the Unzip tab (default).
- Drop a
.zipfile or click Choose ZIP to unzip. - Click Save all to folder (Chrome/Edge, keeps subfolders) or Download each file / download one file at a time.
Processing runs locally with defined archive, extraction, and file-count limits. Unsafe archive paths are skipped, and folder export does not overwrite existing files. Password-protected archives are not supported.
Pro large-file mode
Pro users can stream ZIP archives up to 1 GB compressed and 2 GB extracted directly to disk in supported versions of Chrome and Edge. Large archives are not loaded into browser memory, uploaded to THB Project, or retained after processing.
